About the job
Your responsibilities
- warmly and professionally welcome visitors and colleagues at reception
- Ensure secure access to the building, issue badges, carry out check-in procedures, and open doors if necessary
- Take charge of guests upon their arrival, accompany them to the meeting point and facilitate their visit
- Manage meeting room bookings, answer telephone calls and emails, and organise transport (taxis), flower or gift deliveries
- Handle various administrative tasks related to reception, including the correct acceptance and forwarding of deliveries
- Work closely with other departments to ensure premium service in a stimulating and varied environment
Your profile
- Minimum experience of 5 years in high-end reception, ideally in 5* hospitality in Switzerland mandatory
- Diploma from a recognised hotel school
- Bilingual French – English (flawless spoken and written)
- Excellent presentation, sense of service, discretion and professionalism
- Team spirit and ease in demanding and premium environments
