Your tasks

• Leading and coordinating a team
• Taking over the educational, professional and personnel responsibility
• Further development of the support quality together with the department management and team
• Supporting residents in their self-determination, independence and participation
• Participation in work and project groups
• Support with nursing and medical actions and household tasks
• Irregular working hours, weekend duties and occasional night standby duties

Your profile

• Completed training as a social pedagogue and professional and leadership experience
• Responsible and resilient personality
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Ability to engage with and adapt to different situations
• Enthusiasm for new things, supporting and shaping changes
• Good organisational and communication skills
