Your tasks:

• Realise goals: The goals and health of our customers are central, accompany them on the path to a fit and healthy life.
• Motivate our members and infect them with your positive energy.
• Individual support: Create customised training programmes and offer continuous support.
• Share your passion: Convey the fun of training and live the fitness lifestyle.
• Sell experiences: Enthuse prospects about our unique offer and win new members.
• Work in a team: Contribute to a positive and dynamic team atmosphere.

Your profile:

• Pure passion: Fitness is not just a job for you, but your attitude to life.
• Professional competence: Completed training as a specialist for movement and health promotion EFZ or equivalent.
• Commitment: You embody dedication and love for the topic of fitness.
• Communication skills: Your open and communicative manner inspires people.
• Team player: Cooperation and mutual support are important to you.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Language skills: Very good German skills, English an advantage.
