CNC Milling Machinist / CNC Turner 100%

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a qualified specialist to take on the following tasks:

• Independently programming, setting up and operating CNC milling and turning machines

• Creating CNC programmes using Mastercam or directly at the control unit

• Manufacturing of single pieces as well as small and medium series

• Quality control of the produced workpieces and their documentation

• Maintenance and servicing of machines and tools

• Ordering of tools and operating materials

• Management of clamping devices and measuring instruments

• Care and maintenance of testing equipment, tools and operating facilities

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as a polymechanic EFZ with a focus on turning and milling

• Several years of practical experience

• Ideally experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls as well as machine types Hedelius, Victor, Roku and Takisawa

• Precise, conscientious and efficient working method

• Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written

• High sense of responsibility and quality orientation

• Independent, structured working style and the ability to recognise connections
