The Rüti School is a modern, quality-conscious, and innovative school with three school units for 1,400 students, who are taught and supported in 70 classes. Around 300 employees (teachers, administrative, janitorial, and care staff) work at the Rüti School.

To complement our team at the secondary school, we are looking for a new
School Special Education Teacher at Secondary Level approx. 50%
Your tasks:
- to joyfully and persistently accompany young people on their individual learning paths and strengthen them in their integration into a multicultural living environment; starting from the first year of secondary school with a view to the upcoming transition at the end of secondary school to an apprenticeship or further education
- to proactively maintain an appreciative, strength- and solution-oriented attitude towards all people in the school environment
Your profile:
- a teaching diploma for school special education recognized by the EDK and experience in special education counseling
- experience in support diagnostics, support planning, and the development of suitable learning arrangements focusing on joy of learning as well as recognizing and developing potential
- willingness to take responsibility and work closely and constructively with the 'team around the child'
