Your area of responsibility
You are the first point of contact in our shop in Steinhausen for our diverse and demanding clientele from the construction trade. You provide friendly, competent, and sales-oriented advice directly in the shop as well as on the phone. You independently and efficiently handle orders, cash sales, and direct orders with our suppliers. You deal with complaints confidently and solution-oriented. You are also responsible for a sales-promoting and tidy product presentation in the shop. You actively assist with sales promotion campaigns and support the sales branch manager in all matters.
Your profile
For this varied and challenging role, we are looking for a positive, service-oriented personality. You have training in the main or secondary construction trades or possess expertise in building materials. Ideally, you already have experience in a similar position (sales / building materials trade). Direct customer contact and active selling in a pleasant atmosphere with a large range of products bring you joy. Good PC skills and SAP knowledge are advantageous.
