Customer Service Advisor Automotive with Focus on Bodywork/Painting & Car Rental

You don’t just know cars from the desk, but also from practical experience? For our company in Weinfelden, we are looking for a personality who combines technology, customer contact and organisation. You are the first point of contact for our customers and accompany orders from the first contact to vehicle handover and billing.

Your tasks:

• Welcoming customers, accepting orders and ongoing customer communication for workshop, bodywork and painting jobs
• Damage recording and rough damage assessment; preparation of calculations and quotations, if necessary together with the specialists in the workshop
• Coordination of orders until vehicle handover as well as billing and invoicing
• Complete handling of our car rental: advice, availability check, reservation, rental contract, handover, return and billing according to time and kilometres
• Active participation in the future expansion of our workshop customer service and car rental

You bring with you:

• Basic technical training or solid practical experience in the automotive sector – e.g. as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, bodywork panel beater, bodywork technician or painter
• Good technical understanding, ideally with experience in damage assessment, bodywork or paint
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a friendly, courteous and solution-oriented manner
• Organisational talent, reliability and confident handling of administrative tasks
