Do you enjoy taking responsibility for the successful planning, control, and implementation of construction projects in the commercial sector? In this project management role, you will significantly contribute to the success of the technical execution of our projects. You act as the central interface between clients, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Project Planning and Preparation

• 
  Analysis of tenders

  Contract clarifications with clients, architects, general contractors, etc.

  Construction clarifications and on-site measurements
  
  
• 
  Understanding architectural plans and window details
  
  
• 
  Creating CAD drawings
  
  
• 
  Preparing order confirmations and CAD drawings for the customer
  
  
• 
  Creating project and schedule plans
  
  

Project Execution

• 
  Schedule monitoring
  
  
• 
  Organisation and supervision of warranty work
  
  
• 
  Assistance with construction acceptance
  
  

Financial Responsibility

• 
  Main responsibility for assigned projects
  
  
• 
  Cost control and post-calculation
  
  
• 
  Quotation preparation for additional work
  
  
• 
  Accountability for timely and cost-effective project completion

  Completed training as a certified carpenter / joiner / draftsman or another craft qualification in the construction-related sector

  At least 3 years of experience in project management in the window industry
  
  
• 
  Good MS Office skills

  AutoCAD and SAP knowledge
  
  
• 
  Further training in AVOR or as a technical merchant is an advantage
  
  
• 
  Resilient personality
  
  
• 
  Fluent communication in German (written/spoken), English is a plus
  
  
• 
  Driving licence category B
