Main Tasks

• Preparing quotations
• Checking and further processing of calculations and investment requests
• Creating and processing vending machine orders
• Checking order confirmations
• Preparing contracts and framework agreements
• Creating individual customer letters
• Creating, editing and forwarding mutations and cancellations
• Preparing customer evaluations and analyses
• Entering data into various systems
• Interface function between different departments (direct customer support is rather rare)
• Special tasks as assigned
• Tasks within a project, independent coordination, monitoring and collaboration

Education

• Completed commercial or equivalent training or similar
• Initial professional experience in internal sales
• Very good IT user skills (Movex, Microsoft CRM, Office programmes, Outlook)
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• Very good French and English skills are an advantage
