The Andermatt Reuss Operations department is responsible for the technical maintenance of the infrastructure as well as the care of our condominiums. To ensure our guests and owners always experience the highest quality, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our team.



What you can achieve

• Maintenance, upkeep and minor repairs of technical systems, facilities and equipment in our apartment buildings as well as in gastronomy and commercial areas
• Troubleshooting technical faults and organising the corresponding measures
• Monitoring and controlling the services of external service providers
• Coordinating service and maintenance assignments
• Supporting the care and maintenance of our outdoor facilities
• Working in logistics and supporting winter services

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation or electrical
• Professional experience in technical maintenance, facility management or as a caretaker
• Enjoyment of practical work and interest in technical systems
• Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Abacus, Sambesi) is an advantage
• Very good German skills and basic knowledge of English
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• High service orientation and enjoyment of contact with different people
• Willingness for on-call duty and occasional weekend shifts
• Residence in the Andermatt region or willingness to work in the region
• Driving licence category B (preferably also forklift training)
