Galliker Transport AG focuses as a nationally and internationally oriented transport and logistics company on its core areas of car, cargo, and food logistics. The Altishofen LU logistics park is the hub of the national and international Galliker network. Here we offer our customers comprehensive warehousing, picking, and packaging services.

In various logistics centres, there are logistics systems such as pallet lifts, automatic high-bay warehouses, conveyor technologies, etc.

To complement the technical team responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and support of the logistics systems, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an employee for the technical maintenance of the logistics systems.

Area of responsibility

• Contribute to ensuring and maintaining optimal functionality of conveyor systems, lifting or gate systems of the automatic warehouses
• Perform inspection and repair work
• Carry out maintenance work on storage and conveyor systems
• Troubleshoot faults, breakdowns, and operational interruptions
• Participate in regular on-call duty (every 4-8 weeks)
• Operate and manage the associated systems (warehouse management, material flow computers, visualisations, etc.)

Requirements profile

• Basic training or solid experience in the field of electrical/electromechanical
• Good IT user skills (Office programmes, possibly already knowledge of material flow and warehouse management systems)
• Knowledge in conveyor technology and material flow systems is an advantage
• Good technical understanding
• Permit Art. 15 NIV or higher available, or willingness to obtain it
• Independent, team-oriented, balanced, helpful, and flexible
