About the job
We are looking for temporary support in operational purchasing for our purchasing team. The role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in day-to-day operational business, good SAP knowledge, and basic English skills. The task initially involves taking over existing order processes and gradually develops into a broader operational responsibility.
Operational Purchasing 3-6 Months Temporary
Your Tasks
- Taking over and processing existing orders in the SAP system
- Obtaining all necessary information for order initiation
- Creating and sending orders to suppliers
- After successful familiarisation: obtaining and tracking order confirmations, resolving discrepancies with suppliers, gradually taking over further downstream tasks in operational purchasing
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. scheduling, logistics, specialist departments)
Your Profile
- Experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
- Confident handling of SAP (MM or comparable modules)
- Basic English skills (for simple communication with suppliers)
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
After successful completion of the temporary assignment, a permanent position may be considered.
