An exciting role awaits you in a dynamic and family-like environment. As an ERP Project Specialist, you will support the implementation of our new ERP solutions. You analyse business processes, coordinate requirements between departments and IT, and accompany the ERP project through to implementation. The position is initially limited to 6 months.

Your tasks

• Support in configuring the ERP system and implementing professional requirements
• Data cleansing, data migration and data validation
• Conducting and documenting tests as well as recording and tracking errors
• Maintaining the project backlog, change requests and relevant project documents
• Support in go-live preparation, user training and handover to operations
• Preliminary analysis of system, interface and performance issues
• Creation of technical documentation for the PMO
• Administrative support for the project manager, especially with minutes, pending issues and status reports

Your profile

• Proven experience in supporting and implementing ERP projects, ideally in an SME manufacturing company
• Experience with data migration, data cleansing, testing and documentation
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SQL
• Understanding of production, purchasing, warehousing and order processes
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills as well as communication and teamwork skills
