What to expect
- Technical and personnel leadership and development of the dedicated Modern Workplace & Cloud team
- Lots of creative freedom to ensure solution-oriented and technically sound consulting in the areas of Device Management, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Acronis, and related technologies
- Responsibility for revenue, conversion rate, and strategic development goals in project business
- Co-design and implementation of an innovative, scalable solution portfolio
- Close collaboration with our sales and commercial teams and direct exchange with manufacturers such as Microsoft, Lenovo, and HP
- Active participation in transformation projects for digital collaboration
- The opportunity to actively drive strategic topics such as certifications, process optimization, and the technological advancement of our offerings
What you bring
- Completed technical or commercial basic training with advanced professional training
- Several years of professional experience in the ICT environment, including some years with leadership responsibility
- Solid know-how in Microsoft and cloud technologies, including project implementation
- Very good knowledge of German and English; French is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking ability, high personal responsibility, and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel (up to 40 %)
