What awaits you

• You ensure the agreed cleaning services and coordinate as well as lead the employees in your area of responsibility
• You create the deployment and holiday planning for your team
• You are responsible for recording and checking the completed assignments
• You conduct quality controls and support audits as well as their preparation
• You coordinate material management including warehousing as well as the coordination of maintenance and repairs
• You support the site manager with administrative and operational tasks
• You actively contribute to efficient organisation and smooth running of daily processes

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training and bring experience in maintenance cleaning as well as leadership experience in a comparable position
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You work confidently with MS Office programmes and digital work tools
• You are characterised by a flexible, independent and responsible way of working
• You have a pronounced organisational talent, work in a structured and systematic way and convince with your assertiveness
• You are customer-oriented, service-minded and maintain a professional approach with customers and employees
• You are ready for flexible working hours and regular presence at the sites you manage
• You hold a valid category B driving licence
• You have a clean record (criminal record and debt collection register extract)
