• Overall responsibility for the personnel and organisational management of the store
• Scheduling, leadership, motivation and development of the sales team

• Basic retail training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in the do-it-yourself sector
• Several years of professional experience in retail
• Experience in leading, promoting and developing employees
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of sales

• Motivated, committed and team-oriented personality
