- Conducting offer comparisons and negotiating prices and conditions with suppliers
- Organising and managing all ordering processes including monitoring delivery dates
- Ensuring demand-oriented material supply for projects and customer service
- Managing and updating article, supplier, and bill of materials data in the ERP system
- Several years of experience in technical project or industrial purchasing
- Sound knowledge of material planning and production control
- Confident handling of ERP/PPS systems and MS Office
- Fluent German skills and good English skills

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for coordinating project purchasing from project takeover to timely material provision- Conducting offer comparisons and negotiating prices and conditions with suppliers
- Organising and managing all ordering processes including monitoring delivery dates
- Ensuring demand-oriented material supply for projects and customer service
- Managing and updating article, supplier, and bill of materials data in the ERP system
Profile
- Technical basic training with further education in purchasing- Several years of experience in technical project or industrial purchasing
- Sound knowledge of material planning and production control
- Confident handling of ERP/PPS systems and MS Office
- Fluent German skills and good English skills
