Your tasks:
As a clerk in training administration for the Bachelor studies, you can expect a varied role in our team. Your tasks include, among others:
- Administrative organisation of the practical conference in Olten as well as the information events on study planning and enrolment
- Support of the practice platform
- Collaboration in the administrative team of practical training (preparation of training agreements, recognition procedures, processing of email inbox, advising students and practice organisations, according to team task allocation)
- Deputising for the supervision of apprentices
- Ensuring administrative processes in the Bachelor studies and general administrative tasks related to the respective work packages (according to EVENTO, PMS, IRF guidelines)
Your profile:
We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual who is used to working independently and enjoys interacting with different stakeholders. You also possess the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial basic training EFZ
- Professional experience in an administrative environment, preferably in the education sector
- Confident use of MS365 products and motivation to familiarise yourself with new digital tools and use them purposefully
- Know-how of a school administration software, ideally EVENTO
- High flexibility and personal responsibility
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as confident and competent demeanour
