Amstein + Walthert Sicherheit AG is a neutral consulting and planning office in the field of security. We advise, plan and accompany the implementation of security solutions in demanding construction, infrastructure and operational projects. Our employees support clients from the initial analysis to successful implementation in the project.
What makes the role special
You support our clients with strategic and conceptual questions around safety and security. In doing so, you analyse risks and requirements, develop security solutions, security concepts as well as decision-making bases and accompany their implementation in demanding projects.
The focus is on analysis, conception and consulting, less on operational security tasks.
These are your tasks
- Developing security analyses, security solutions, security concepts and security standards
- Advising builders, operators, authorities and project teams
- Participation and taking over partial project management in interdisciplinary security projects
- Accompanying the implementation of structural, technical and organisational security measures in planning and execution
- Contributing to offers, workshops and customer presentations
- Supporting the team leader with professional and strategic questions
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in security consulting, security planning or security projects
- Ability to translate risks and requirements into practical and implementable solutions
- Enjoyment of conceptual, analytical and strategic questions as well as collaboration with clients and project partners
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English is an advantage
- Interest and willingness to familiarise yourself with new specialist areas
