About the job
The Service Centre for Quality Development at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) is part of the Quality and Sustainability division within the Vice-Rectorate for Innovation and Quality. Our tasks include conducting accreditations, supporting ranking activities, further developing and implementing evaluations, providing monitoring tools, analyses and reports for sound programme management and informed decision-making processes, as well as ensuring linguistic consistency. Our goal is to promote decisions that strengthen the quality and reputation of the university and lead to continuous development.
Your tasks
- You support the maintenance, structuring and preparation of data for rankings (e.g. Financial Times and QS Rankings) as well as for national and international accreditation processes.
- You actively contribute to the further development of our Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- You prepare information from various sources tailored to the target audience.
- You bring your own ideas for the further development of our documentation, reporting and quality processes.
- You take on organisational tasks and work closely with the team.
Your profile
- You work precisely, structured and reliably even with large amounts of data or tight deadlines.
- You have a good understanding of contexts and keep an overview even with complex information.
- Working with Excel, PowerPoint as well as data and tables is part of your daily work.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
- You already have an interest in data visualisation, dashboards or Power BI or you want to develop further in this area.
- You handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly.
