System Engineer & Vocational Trainer (m/f)

Your area of responsibility

• You are the IT professional vocational trainer for our IT apprentices and accompany them on their training path
• You work actively in operational business and closely with the staff of the internal IT
• You ensure user support as well as the reliable operation of our internal IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network)
• You participate in the implementation of internal IT projects
• You create and maintain the IT infrastructure documentation

Your profile

• You have a professional education in the field of computer science or an equivalent education or further training
• You bring further training as a vocational trainer and several years of experience in training and supporting apprentices
• Organisation is your strength and you keep an overview even with multiple tasks
• You have experience in IT infrastructure support and customer service
• You are a service-oriented team player with initiative
• You enjoy passing on your knowledge and supporting young talents on their path
• You work independently, precisely and reliably
• German as a mother tongue and good English skills
