Role:
To strengthen the internal sales team, a technically skilled person with experience in international order and export business is sought. In this versatile role, you combine technical customer support with quotation management, export processing and international transport coordination. In addition to operational support of your own customers, you also participate in tenders and selected sales activities. You can expect a technologically driven industrial environment with international customers and varied tasks.
Responsibilities:
You independently handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and tenders
You are responsible for export processing including customs and shipping documents, Carnet ATA and letters of credit
You organise national and international transports and coordinate cooperation with external logistics partners
You look after a defined customer base and conduct occasional customer visits as needed
You monitor delivery dates and ensure transparent reporting on ongoing orders
You support sales activities as well as the organisation of trade fairs and customer events
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally in electrical engineering or a comparable industrial environment
Professional experience in technical internal sales as well as in international order and export processing
Good knowledge of customs, export and shipping processes as well as the preparation of corresponding documents
Experience with Carnet ATA and letters of credit is an advantage
Further training in export or foreign trade is an advantage or willingness to develop professionally in this area
Strong technical understanding and interest in products requiring explanation
Good ERP and MS Office skills
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
