• Planning, evaluation, migration as well as implementation and configuration of IT systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
• Ensuring stable and secure operation of client and server systems
• Packaging, deployment and maintenance of applications for automated software distribution
• Automation of operational, deployment and maintenance processes using PowerShell scripting
• Analysis and resolution of faults as well as sustainable troubleshooting in complex IT environments
• Implementation of changes, extensions and security hardening measures
• Creation of technical concepts, system architectures and documentation including evaluation of solution alternatives and feasibility

• Client management: Confident handling of Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Software packaging: Creation and management of application packages for automated software distribution
• Automation: Advanced knowledge in PowerShell scripting to optimise and automate processes
• Infrastructure & security: Experience with group policies (GPO), certificate management as well as security hardening
