The EMS of Mandement are Medico-Social Establishments. The La Plaine Residence is part of it and houses 92 residents. We support people of AVS age who have lost autonomy and sometimes suffer from psychological or psychiatric disorders. Our philosophy is based on multidisciplinary collaboration.
As such, we are looking for a laundry employee at 60% on a permanent contract.
Main missions:
- Sorting laundry
- Folding household linen
- Marking laundry
- Starting machines
- Ironing
- Calendering
- Distributing residents' laundry
- Sewing work
Profile sought
We require:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their specific treatment requirements
- Dynamism, flexibility, and open-mindedness
- Good presentation
- Mandatory computer skills
- Spoken and written French mandatory
- Knowledge of basic hygiene in a hospital environment desired
- Sense of contact with residents, relatives, and external clients
