Tasks

• You accompany work pedagogues in work preparation as well as in task-related professional guidance.
• You support the deployment planning of participants.
• You provide practical assistance and relieve work pedagogues in everyday work.
• You participate in team meetings.
• You carry out administrative tasks.

Profile

• Federal VET diploma in a gastronomy profession
• Planned course in work pedagogy
• Openness and understanding towards people with disabilities
• Ability for self-reflection
• Flexibility, teamwork, resilience and strong communication skills

Important: The position with us is not a training place, but a pre-internship for the work pedagogy course.
