Financial Manager - Valais

About the job

Our client, operating in a complex and demanding environment, is seeking a Financial Manager to strengthen their Finance Department.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage all financial and analytical accounting.
- Oversee general accounting, suppliers, fixed assets, and invoicing activities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
- Prepare reports and analyses for the Management and governance bodies.
- Work closely with Controlling and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a team of unit managers.
- Support the evolution of accounting processes and practices.

Your profile:
- Higher education in finance/accounting: Expert in finance & controlling, Chartered Accountant, or Federal Diploma.
- Solid experience in a similar role, with managerial experience.
- Fluent French and good knowledge of German are essential.
- Excellent command of Swiss accounting standards.
- Strong leadership, ability to unite and support change.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
