Industrial Data Analyst (M/F)
For a production service in an industrial environment, we are looking for a Data Analyst whose main mission will be to transform operational data into reliable, accessible and intuitive indicators. You design and deploy reporting and data visualisation solutions adapted to industrial challenges.
Your mission:
• Be a key partner of business teams to collect, understand, challenge and prioritise their needs for indicators, analyses and reports.
• Exploit, consolidate and analyse data from various sources: ERP, PLM, MES, databases, industrial equipment and other information systems.
• Design, prototype, test and deploy robust, high-performance, ergonomic and harmonised dashboards.
• Implement "Data Visualisation" principles to produce clear, intuitive outputs adapted to different user profiles.
• Translate operational issues into relevant indicators, actionable analyses and decision support tools.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability and reliability of data and indicators, in accordance with business rules and shared calculation methods.
• Participate in the standardisation and pooling of reports in an inter-site dynamic: reuse, adaptation and co-construction of common solutions.
• Document solutions, data sets, management rules and best practices to promote the sustainability and appropriation of tools.
• Contribute to spreading a true data culture within teams.
Your profile:
- Engineering degree or equivalent university education, ideally with a focus on data, information systems, business intelligence or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience (6-15 years) in Data Analysis in industrial environments.
- Strong interest in operational data and performance challenges.
- Excellent skills with data preparation, processing and analysis tools such as Dataiku, Tableau Prep, Python, KNIME or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of PLM data models is a plus, mastery of Windchill (PTC) is an asset. - Excellent command of Tableau and good knowledge of Business Intelligence environments, databases and SQL.
- Strong sensitivity to Data Visualisation, ability to design readable, relevant, accessible dashboards centred on user needs.
- Knowledge and strong interest in Data Science, understanding of statistical approaches, predictive modelling, machine learning or advanced analytics.
- Ability to transform sometimes complex business needs into structured analyses, reliable indicators and clear, actionable reporting solutions.
- Strong interest in prototyping, continuous improvement, data quality and their enhancement to support operational decisions.
