Production Employee - Wet Room 100% Shift Work
These are your tasks:
- Material preparation
- Chemical processing of printed circuit boards (resist stripping, copper reduction, acid and alkaline etching)
- Operating and calibrating measuring devices and microscopes
- Supervision of prototypes
- Process and quality control
- Maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Monitoring and operating wastewater and water treatment
- You work in shift operation (05:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 23:00)
What you bring with you:
- Initial experience in production or motivated career changers
- Manual dexterity
- Careful working method, team player and reliable
- You have good PC skills (MS Office)
- You speak and write fluent German

Flexible working hours
With a standard 42-hour working week, employees can flexibly accumulate +50 or -30 hours.
Holidays
Five to six weeks of holiday per year, depending on age.

Home office
Employees in administrative positions can work from home up to two days per week.
Unpaid leave
Employees are entitled to two weeks of unpaid leave per year. Longer unpaid leave can be arranged upon request.

Standard benefit: 14 weeks at full pay
Extended benefit: 16 weeks full salary after five years of service
