Commercial Clerk EFZ

Your main tasks

Goods flow and supply chain

• Coordination and monitoring of goods deliveries along the entire value chain
• Assistance with analysis of stock levels and product turnover to optimise inventory
• Logistics & process control
• Coordination with warehouse, transport and delivery service providers
• Ensuring compliance with delivery dates and quantities

Key account management & sales

• Coordination and processing of orders
• Proactive communication with key accounts to clarify queries, delivery quantities, product specifications and scheduling
• Close collaboration with the sales / category management team to retain customers and develop new customer areas
• Preparation of controlling & reporting

Master data and process management

• Creation and updating of customer data sheets
• Coordination of assortment and price changes
• Ensuring correct product information for customers and internal processes

Online shop & website B2B & B2C

• Maintenance and updating of company websites (B2B and B2C)
• Management of online shops
• Preparation and maintenance of product information
• Support for analogue and digital marketing measures

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship and several years of practical experience
• Strong customer orientation and pronounced communication skills
• Accustomed to careful and precise work
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, high digital affinity
• You prefer the atmosphere of a smaller and lively company to a large corporation (networked thinking)
• Fluent German and English skills, spoken French is required
