To strengthen our team in the area of patient care and support, we are looking for you in Solothurn / Olten from now or by arrangement as
Certified Nurse HF 60 – 80%
Your tasks:
- Advice and care of patients with oxygen and/or inhalation therapy, sleep apnoea or tuberculosis
- Device instruction on the use and handling of the corresponding therapy devices and their accessories
- Checking and promoting patient adherence to the prescribed therapy, support and controls throughout the entire therapy
- Willingness to switch between appointments at the Lung League and home visits
- Independent management of the electronic patient record
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Collaboration with doctors and taking on on-call duties
Your profile:
- Certified nurse HF, preferably with professional experience working with oxygen or sleep apnoea patients or motivated to acquire this expertise
- You are an upbeat professional with high professional, social and self-competence
- You are used to working independently and reflecting on yourself and your work
- You have a resource- and solution-oriented understanding of care
- You have precise communication and written expression skills
- Expertise in lung and respiratory diseases and their therapies is an advantage
- Taking on on-call duties
