Who are we?

The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Fund of the Canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office, as well as the Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique centre of expertise in first pillar social insurance for insured persons and companies in the Canton of Fribourg.

Your tasks

Within the HR & Executive Secretariat Section, Central Services of ECAS

• Time management: ensure the proper technical functioning of the tool, handle daily requests from ECAS staff (phone calls and e‑mails) and apply the staff regulations (leave, absences, life events, etc.)
• Salary management: enter and check monthly salary changes for payroll closure
• Mail: manage the shared HR mailbox (Outlook), mail and unsolicited applications
• Correspondence: handle administrative tasks related to the staff life cycle
• Accidents: report accidents and ensure follow-up of daily allowances
• Events: provide support for organising meetings and events
• Apprentices: participate in their training during their HR rotation

Desired profile

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
• Autonomy, organisational skills, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
• Team spirit in a collaborative environment
• Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
