For our specialist group in the health insurance benefits area, we are looking for a

Clerk for Benefits AVOR (100%) with Flexibility and an Eye for Detail

You will work in work preparation (AVOR) and prepare invoice documents as well as documents for claims settlement. Furthermore, you will handle email enquiries and registrations for our customer portal. You will also be in telephone contact with customers and service providers. Simple correspondence completes the range of tasks.

We are looking for a person interested in insurance law matters or who already has relevant experience. You enjoy working independently but are also very team-oriented and have a sociable and balanced nature. After training, there is the possibility to work up to two days a week from home.

This position is also suitable for career changers with initial experience in the commercial sector or relevant further training.
