1st Level Support and resolution of hardware and software issues with users on-site
Installation, maintenance, and management of servers, PCs, notebooks, and peripherals
Coordination of various hardware rollouts including software installation packages from planning to delivery to users
Instruction and support of users in handling ICT tools and their standard applications

Applicant Profile

Secondary education (level B) or equivalent schooling
Interest and good performance in mathematics
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Good analytical and logical-abstract thinking ability
Interest in new information technologies
Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Methodical thinking and independent working style
