System Engineer Fleet Management (80-100%)

With your IT expertise, you successfully bring innovative fleet management solutions to our customers and help shape their digital future.

You implement, configure, and support fleet management and output solutions in complex IT environments. You carry out system updates and migrations, support customers as well as internal teams with technical know-how, and ensure stable operation and continuous optimisation of the system landscape. Your area of operation covers the whole of Switzerland, with a focus on the German-speaking part. Your workplace is at the headquarters in Wallisellen.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, configuration, and optimisation of fleet management and device-centric solutions (cloud & on-premise)
• Execution of system implementations, updates, migrations, and technical adjustments in customer environments
• Analysis and resolution of complex system, infrastructure, and configuration issues in 3rd-level support, as well as ensuring stable system operation
• Planning and conducting technical training for customers, field service technicians, and partners
• Creation of technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and migration concepts
• Close collaboration with internal specialists, professional services, and the IT departments of our customers, as well as support for product launches and quality assurance

Qualifications

• IT education (EFZ, HF/FH) or comparable technical qualification
• Experience in IT infrastructure environments as well as with fleet or output management solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft networks, security, and cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS)
• Enjoyment of customer contact and conducting technical training
• Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
• Very good German and English skills; French is a great advantage
