For our pharmaceutical clients in the Basel region, we are continuously looking for Production Employees in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (100%, m/f, temporary)
Job Description- Operation and monitoring of production equipment and machines according to GMP guidelines
- Execution of production processes according to batch records and/or SOPs
- Filling, packaging and labelling of pharmaceutical products depending on experience
- Control and assurance of product quality (in-process controls)
- Documentation of all production-relevant activities
- Cleaning and disinfection of equipment, rooms and work materials
- Compliance with all safety, hygiene and GMP regulations
- Assistance with setup and changeover work on the production line
- Support during internal audits and deviation handling
Desired Profile
- Completed training recognised in Switzerland, preferably mechanical/technical training (Note: applications without completed training will not be considered)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical or food production
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) is mandatory
- Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift system)
- High quality and hygiene awareness as well as careful working methods
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (candidates without appropriate language skills will not be considered)
- Reliability, teamwork and physical resilience
- EU/EFTA citizenship or valid work permit for Switzerland
