Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of around 10 employees in internal sales
• Organisation and control of daily business as well as team deployment planning
• Ensuring efficient order processing and invoicing
• Support, advice, and complaint management for our customers
• Close cooperation and support of the field sales team as well as internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with quality, process, and safety requirements
• Supervision and training of apprentices in internal sales
• Continuous optimisation of workflows and processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in sales or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales or sales environment, experience in the food sector and/or in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of French
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident appearance, good communication skills, and assertiveness
• Good MS Office skills as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
