You are the link between production and sales: you ensure that what is produced reaches the counter – on time, in top quality, and with the necessary overview when things get hectic. With this newly created position, you also provide freedom for management and stability for your team.

Your tasks

• Leadership and coordination of production and sales in day-to-day business

• Ensuring our quality standards, from production to sales

• Purchasing and inventory planning

• Active participation at the meat counter, including personal customer advice

• Clear internal communication so that everyone pulls together

What you bring

• Training as a butcher with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)

• Experience in the butchery environment and passion for the industry

• Leadership personality with enthusiasm for responsibility

• Calmness and overview even in stressful moments

• Independent, solution-oriented working style

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
