Are you interested in actively shaping the realignment of an HR department and anchoring HR as a fixed component of the executive management? This responsible task offers you the opportunity to position HR operationally and shape it sustainably.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the Human Resources area and management of your own team
- Active participation in the executive management and co-shaping of institutional development
- Consulting and support of managers and employees in all HR matters
- Responsibility for payroll, social insurance, and labor law issues
- Promotion of a healthy, appreciative, and learning corporate culture
- Further development of occupational health management
Your profile
- University degree (FH / Uni) or career changer with advanced training (MAS) in Human Resources
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR function
- Very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance
- Strong communication, consulting, and leadership skills
