Are you interested in actively shaping the realignment of an HR department and anchoring HR as a fixed component of the executive management? This responsible task offers you the opportunity to position HR operationally and shape it sustainably.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the Human Resources area and management of your own team
• Active participation in the executive management and co-shaping of institutional development
• Consulting and support of managers and employees in all HR matters
• Responsibility for payroll, social insurance, and labor law issues
• Promotion of a healthy, appreciative, and learning corporate culture
• Further development of occupational health management

Your profile

• University degree (FH / Uni) or career changer with advanced training (MAS) in Human Resources
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR function
• Very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance
• Strong communication, consulting, and leadership skills
