What is my role?
Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work on production equipment
Leading a team of 3 employees
Ensuring equipment availability
Troubleshooting equipment faults
Optimising automation and maintenance processes
Maintaining technical documentation and systems
Building and further developing a KPI-based maintenance management system
What do I need to be successful?
Technical basic training as an automation technician, polymechanic or machine mechanic
Several years of experience in technical maintenance with leadership experience
Knowledge in automation, PLC/control technology, electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics
Hands-on mentality
Independent and structured working style
Interest in process optimisation
Good Excel and IT user skills
