What awaits you daily

• Order management: You independently process orders for our French-speaking and German-speaking Swiss customers.
• Commercial support: You prepare accurate offers, forward purchase orders to our suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
• Interface & collaboration: You work hand in hand with the external sales department, purchasing and logistics.
• Administrative versatility: You actively participate in the department’s daily life and support various administrative projects.

What you bring

• Training & background: Completed commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent qualification) with initial successful experience in sales administration.
• Organisational skills: Rigorous, autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented working method.
• Interpersonal skills: Ease in relationships, customer service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Languages: Perfect command of French (native speaker or C2 level) and very good oral and written knowledge of German.
• IT tools: Proficiency in common MS Office tools and ease of adaptation to modern ERP systems.
