Your Tasks
- Holistic and professional care as well as support of residents in various care situations
- Assuming daily responsibility after thorough induction
- Management of primary nursing care
- Organisation and accompaniment of medical rounds
- Planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of the nursing process in an electronic nursing documentation system
- Recording and classification of nursing services according to a recognised nursing classification system
- Support of HF students
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team as well as taking on general administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and actively contributing to the training and support of HF students
- SVEB 1 or a comparable qualification for training responsibility is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the nursing process as well as high professional and social competence
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes as well as experience with electronic nursing documentation
- Knowledge of a nursing classification system (e.g. BESA) is an advantage
