For our client, we are looking from 02.11.2026, limited until the end of January 2027, in the Region Kreuzlingen (no further commute of more than 45 minutes) for several talented and communicative persons as
Inbound Telephone Customer Advisors / Call Agents Multi-Industry (m/f/d)Job Description- Conducting and recording incoming telephone calls in the technical area
- Identifying causes of problems when using the various design channels for photo products and subsequently solving problems or forwarding them to the appropriate interfaces via the CRM system
- Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice
- Completed apprenticeship or general professional experience
- Availability 100% during the 2-week training period
- Articulate, motivated, technically skilled, flexible and reliable
- Working hours: Mon - Sun/Public holidays: 07:00 - 22:00
- The framework conditions for part-time employees (80-100% workload) remain the same: 5 days per week, working days: Monday - Sunday
Mandatory knowledge:
- Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge
- Good telecommunications understanding
- Good communication
- Consulting affinity
