Type of Work

• Design and technical specification of individual vehicle bodies
• Development of bodies in the 3.5-tonne vehicle sector as well as trucks
• Creation and processing of 3D CAD designs, drawings and technical documents
• Planning and development of various types of bodies such as: bridge bodies, box bodies, tippers, refrigerated bodies
• Technical clarifications with customers, suppliers and production
• Accompanying projects from design to implementation
• Supporting production with technical questions and solutions
• Optimising existing designs in terms of function, weight, manufacturing and costs

Requirements Profile

• Training as a designer, technician HF/FH, vehicle construction technician or a comparable technical education
• Good knowledge of CAD design, ideally in the 3D area
• Technical understanding of aluminium and steel constructions
• Applicants with experience in a related technical field are also welcome to be considered. What matters to us is technical understanding, CAD experience and the willingness to familiarise oneself with vehicle construction.
• Ideally experience with commercial vehicles, vehicle bodies or bodywork construction
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of individual customer solutions and technically demanding projects
• Good knowledge of German
