Our client is an established industrial company with complex technical systems in the canton of Aargau. As the previous post holder is taking on a new role within the company, the position of head of electrical maintenance is being newly filled. In this responsible role, you lead and develop a team of around ten employees. Together you ensure the high availability and safety of the electrical systems. At the same time, you have the scope to actively further develop processes, structures and technical solutions.

Your new role

• You lead a team of around ten employees and promote their professional and personal development
• You ensure the reliable operation of electrical systems as well as control, measurement and regulation technology and organise the fault and on-call service
• You plan and coordinate electrical maintenance work, repairs, conversions, new installations and preventive measures
• You organise larger projects within the company, coordinate cooperation with external service providers and monitor proper execution in terms of quality, deadlines and costs
• You further develop system safety, operational processes and technical documentation and ensure up-to-date system plans, diagrams and descriptions

What distinguishes you

• As a qualified electrician or with an equivalent qualification, you have the expertise according to NIV Art. 8
• You bring leadership experience as well as extensive professional experience in the maintenance of large technical systems
• You have strong planning and organisational skills and think in a networked and cross-departmental manner
• You make clear and comprehensible decisions and convince through assertiveness, a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• You remain resilient, flexible and consistently solution-oriented even in the event of faults and demanding situations
