To complement our line bus driver team, we are looking for an independent personality for the Zofingen location from 1 January 2027 as a Technical and Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d) 60% 

Your tasks

• You take over the technical support and maintenance of the vehicle fleet including workshop coordination, inspections, and warranty/guarantee cases
• You plan and monitor maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, and downtimes and accompany vehicle takeovers and conversions
• You ensure the availability of the electric bus fleet, charging infrastructure, and operational facilities
• You manage bus stops and passenger information including maintenance, changes, coordination with authorities, and barrier-free development
• You maintain technical documentation, contracts, appointments, and costs and support the site management with budget and projects
• You undertake driving duties as required by operations (if category D licence is held)

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, preferably in commercial vehicles, automotive technology, electrical engineering, building technology, or maintenance
• Experience in technical maintenance and coordination of external workshops or service providers
• Technical understanding of commercial and electric vehicles, charging, operational, and bus stop infrastructure
• Commercial understanding, very good German skills, and confident use of digital tools
• Independent, structured working style, organisational skills, and a confident manner
• Driving licence categories B and C: mandatory, D advantageous
