Building Services Engineer with Team Leadership 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Maintenance of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning systems

• Fault rectification and repairs

• Monitoring of building management systems and automation stations

• Commissioning of new systems

• Coordination of external service providers

• Administration of the maintenance programme

• Leading a team of 3-5 employees

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a ventilation, sanitary, heating or refrigeration technician

• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in installation

• Independent working style with leadership skills

• Very good German language skills

• Availability for on-call duty

• Confident handling of maintenance systems

• Driving licence category B and own vehicle
