Inspection Technician for Elevators (m/f/d)

Your Role

As an inspector for elevator systems, you ensure that newly installed systems meet our high quality and safety standards. With your technical expertise, you carry out inspections, tests, and approvals, ensuring that our customers receive a perfectly functioning system.

Your Main Tasks

• Conducting final inspections and functional tests on newly installed elevator systems
• Checking mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
• Performing conformity, quality, and safety inspections
• Carrying out safety catch tests and NIV measurements
• Analysing and resolving technical faults and non-conformities
• Initiating, documenting, and following up on corrective actions
• Preparing inspection and test reports
• Supporting the handover of systems to our customers
• Using and interpreting diagnostic tools and control systems (OCSS, MCSS, DBSS, DCSS)
• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ, electromechanic, or in a comparable profession
• Authorisation holder NIV Art. 14 or 15
• Several years of professional experience in the elevator industry
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Driving licence category B
• Confident handling of technical documentation and diagnostic systems
• High quality and safety orientation
