For our client, an established and internationally active industrial company based in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, analytically strong and solution-oriented personality as
Finance & Controlling Specialist 100% (m/f), Eastern Switzerland
Your tasks:
- Independent collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Responsibility for the valuation of inventories as well as tasks in asset and operational accounting
- Participation in the preparation and further development of budgets and forecasts
- Active involvement in cross-departmental projects and the optimisation of internal financial processes
- Support in the maintenance and further development of financial systems as a key user
- Close cooperation with internal departments, production sites and central controlling
- Preparation of analyses, evaluations and decision-making bases for the finance management
Your profile:
- Completed training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the finance sector as well as ideally initial leadership experience, for example in a deputy or managerial role
- Good ERP knowledge and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards as well as understanding of internal control systems (ICS) and compliance requirements
- Strong hands-on mentality with an independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Initiative and enthusiasm for recognising improvement potentials, contributing own suggestions and actively shaping changes
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as interest in the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes
- Open, proactive communication as well as constructive collaboration with internal departments and group controlling
