Caregiver for Night Duty Service 20-30%

In the middle of the city of Zurich, the Wohnheime im Seefeld offer living and residential space for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities at
various locations.

At our Hornbach location, people with mild disabilities live together in a large cluster apartment. Due to retirement, we are looking for a caregiver for the night duty service (approx. 20-30%)
starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement for this residential community.

You will take responsibility for our residents on average during seven to ten nights per month. You have the opportunity to sleep and perform care tasks if needed. In case of emergencies, you are able to respond appropriately and organize adequate intervention. The working hours are from 9:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., and on weekends and public holidays from 9:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Ideally, you have a nursing (FASRK, FaGe) and/or educational (FaBe) qualification and enjoy advocating for the well-being of our residents with their various disabilities and challenges.
