As Operations Manager Take-Away, you take full responsibility for one of our high-traffic locations. You lead your team, manage operational performance and ensure that guests are served quickly, friendly and professionally.

Your tasks

• You manage the entire operational business of your location. 
• You ensure that products are always available and that defined standards are met. 
• You actively lead and develop your team on the floor. 
• You control sales, personnel costs and goods costs. 
• You ensure efficient processes, high quality and stable procedures. 
• You ensure that guests are served in a friendly and professional manner even during peak times.

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy, system catering or retail 
• Leadership experience is an advantage 
• Structured and resilient personality 
• Enjoy leading teams and taking responsibility 
• High implementation strength 
• Very good German skills
